Senior Project Manager – Migration Programme (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

An exciting 18‑month fixed‑term opportunity exists for a senior‑level project manager to lead a major migration programme for a leading financial services organisation in Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering a complex technology transformation, coordinating cross‑functional teams and working closely with senior stakeholders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end migration programme, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage a small team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Oversee multiple business and technology workstreams and drive project governance, planning, financial management, RAID and executive reporting.
• Coordinate vendors, internal stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve key milestones.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering large‑scale technology or platform migration programmes within financial services.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in project governance, financial management and delivery.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across business and technology.
• Prior consulting experience is desirable.
