Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale Core Business Systems upgrades and implementations as part of a Business & Digital Transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major systems upgrade and implementation projects.
• Manage program governance, delivery plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, implementation partners and business stakeholders.
• Drive delivery across technology projects, collaborating closely with HR and Finance functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong background managing complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
