Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major piling, foundation, geotechnical and heavy civil infrastructure projects across Queensland. You will provide strategic direction, mentor project teams and ensure safe, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large‑scale piling, foundation and ground‑engineering projects throughout Queensland.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with safety, programme, quality and cost targets.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to Project Managers, engineers and site teams.
• Drive strong commercial and operational performance across all projects.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to business performance, team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery capability.
• Demonstrated leadership experience developing project delivery teams.
• Hands‑on project delivery experience within contractor environments.
• Deep understanding of construction execution, programme delivery, commercial management and site operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
