Senior Project Manager – Health

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary teams delivering complex health‑related projects. You will manage design processes, budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams on complex health projects and programmes.
• Develop working relationships, solve problems and drive projects to successful completion.
• Proactively manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations.
• Prepare project management plans, programmes, budgets and other key deliverables.
• Review project plans, specifications, schedules and cost‑saving measures, identifying potential construction issues.
• Manage project timelines, risks, reporting and internal administration including invoicing, variations and sub‑consultant management.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture.
• Experience delivering highly complex technical projects in government, hospitals/health, commercial or education sectors.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership, written and spoken English, and excellent report and bid writing skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Primavera project scheduling experience.
