Senior Project Manager – Client Side

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead client‑side projects across luxury residential, industrial and mixed‑use developments. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility studies through design, construction and handover, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from feasibility, planning and design through construction and handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholder teams.
• Oversee design management to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor project risk, reporting and financial performance.
• Lead client communication and act as the key project representative.
• Support junior team members through leadership and mentorship.
• Contribute to business development, networking and future project opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in construction or client‑side project management.
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential, industrial and/or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or a related field.
