Senior Project Engineer (Medical Imaging)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead high‑value medical imaging equipment projects, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from site assessment to handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory and equipment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate projects for MRI, CT, PET‑CT, DR, RT and related equipment.
• Lead site planning, layout design, workflow optimisation, risk assessment and preparation guidance.
• Provide technical consultation and equipment information to customers throughout the project.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering preparation, shipment, delivery, installation, commissioning and training.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, service, logistics, factory, vendors, customers) to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, customer acceptance testing and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation, Construction Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, installation or customer service for high‑value medical imaging or large medical equipment.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site, overseas and beyond standard hours as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure, learn independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
