Senior Product Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

About the role

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud team powers enterprise customer communications across email and SMS, touching millions of customer interactions. As Senior Product Manager, you will own and prioritise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap, work closely with a dedicated engineering squad and stakeholders across technology, cyber, risk and the wider business, and help maintain delivery momentum on a mature, mission-critical platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product roadmap.
• Lead delivery planning, backlog management, Jira and sprint activities with the engineering squad.
• Coordinate platform changes, incidents and continuous improvement.
• Drive cyber, risk, control and documentation uplift.
• Lead quarterly planning and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Build strong relationships across technology, risk, operations and other stakeholder groups.
• Use customer, business and performance insights to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• Strong product leadership, organisation and the confidence to influence beyond your direct team.
• Product management or Product Owner experience in a complex technology or enterprise platform environment.
• Experience developing roadmaps, prioritising backlogs and delivering through engineering teams.
• Experience working with cyber, risk, controls or technology governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable plans.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally at a basic-to-intermediate level (no need to be a hands-on technical expert).
• Jira and backlog management.
