Senior Product Manager - AI

About the role

As Senior Product Manager - AI you will own the performance, growth and strategic direction of the AI‑driven product portfolio, acting as a true business leader rather than just a feature owner. You will use customer insights, market data and commercial metrics to drive engagement, revenue and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product vision by defining strategy and delivering experiences that increase customer engagement and growth.
• Own channel performance, optimise the consumer experience and commercial outcomes through experimentation and clear prioritisation.
• Identify emerging opportunities, design product solutions and bring them to market at scale.
• Validate ideas quickly with experiments and tests to continuously improve key metrics.
• Turn data into decisions by synthesising customer, product and market insights into actionable priorities.
• Drive cross‑squad alignment and manage dependencies with cross‑functional teams.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors and external partners.
• Influence senior stakeholders by communicating compelling product strategies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on product leader with a track record of turning ideas into reality.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, solving hard problems and using data to validate decisions.
• Experience building and running commercial products at scale.
• Experience scaling AI and personalisation products to millions of users.
• Strong communicator thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and champion change beyond your own squad.
