Senior Product Developer

About the role

Muscle Nation is seeking a Senior Product Developer to bridge design and production for its activewear and apparel range. Working closely with the Design Team, you will turn concepts into market‑ready garments, overseeing the technical development from tech pack creation to final production approval.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to build and maintain detailed Tech Packs for manufacturers and suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance to Design and Customer Care teams on fit and construction issues.
• Lead fit sessions to ensure design intent, consistent sizing and workmanship, and communicate feedback to production partners.
• Work with manufacturers and suppliers to select appropriate techniques and accessories for durable, high‑quality garments.
• Resolve production challenges related to fit, pattern adjustments and quality control.
• Monitor critical path deadlines and make timely decisions to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Conduct QC inspections on pre‑production and production samples, flagging deviations and ensuring corrective actions.

Required profile

• Several years of product development experience in the apparel industry.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to own the end‑to‑end development process and work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication skills with designers, manufacturers and internal teams.
