Senior Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Procurement Coordinator will lead complex sourcing, tendering and contract management activities for one of Western Australia’s largest education networks, delivering strong commercial outcomes and value for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on raising requisitions and Purchase Orders through CEWA’s Procurement and ERP systems.
• Assist with review, release and implementation of medium to high‑risk contracts in line with procurement directives.
• Analyse spend data and recommend strategic sourcing opportunities to the Team Leader.
• Coordinate onboarding and approval of new vendors, ensuring acceptance of CEWA purchase order terms.

Required profile

• Highly organised procurement professional with experience in sourcing, tendering and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve cost reductions and meet savings targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, supporting the Catholic ethos.

Required skills

• Experience with medium to high‑risk contract and procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems, including P2P processes.
