Senior Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Procurement Coordinator will shape procurement strategy for one of Western Australia’s largest education networks, delivering strong commercial outcomes and value‑driven contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on raising requisitions and Purchase Orders through CEWA’s Procurement and ERP systems.
• Assist with review, release and administration of medium to high‑risk contracts in line with the Procurement Executive Directive.
• Analyse spend data and recommend strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding and approval of new vendors, ensuring acceptance of CEWA purchase order terms.

Required profile

• Highly organised procurement professional with experience in sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and procurement systems.
• Contract negotiation and management for medium to high‑risk agreements.
• Spend analysis and cost‑reduction strategy development.
