About the role

Join PwC Private Tax Australia to provide trusted tax advice to privately owned businesses, family groups and high‑net‑worth individuals. You will help shape tax outcomes across the client lifecycle, from growth and investment to succession and complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise influential private businesses and family groups on high‑impact tax matters, including structuring, succession and investment decisions.
• Design and implement tax structures that support business growth, wealth preservation and strategic transactions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams across the firm to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end solutions.
• Stay ahead of legislative changes and market trends, translating complexity into practical advice.

Required profile

• Strong tax technical expertise across private wealth, privately owned corporate businesses and family office structures.
• Proven experience managing high‑value client portfolios and building trusted relationships.
• Track record of leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with the ATO.

• In‑depth knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulations.
