Senior Private Banker

About the role

Based in Sydney, the Senior Private Banker will manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, providing investment, commercial and retail lending, and personal banking solutions. You will act as the primary relationship contact, supported by an Associate and specialist teams to deliver timely and relevant advice.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the portfolio by acquiring new proprietary clients.
• Retain banking funds and manage margins for client groups.
• Deliver revenue growth and meet financial targets.
• Ensure an engaging client experience across ANZ Private.
• Run the portfolio in a risk‑aware, client‑centric manner.
• Collaborate with Specialists, Lending, Client Services, other Private Bank segments and broader ANZ business units.
• Provide timely execution of banking and wealth solutions for private clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑net‑worth client portfolios.
• Track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
• Strong client‑centric and risk‑aware mindset.
• Effective collaboration with specialist and cross‑functional teams.
