Senior Print Designer

About the role

White Fox is seeking a creative and passionate Senior Print Designer to lead the print and graphic direction across all product categories. You will shape seasonal creative strategy, develop trend‑driven textile and graphic artworks, and ensure design cohesion throughout the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the full print and graphic direction, setting seasonal creative strategy.
• Deliver original, trend‑driven textile and graphic artworks that elevate the brand.
• Interpret global trends and translate them into concept boards, colour stories, and artwork narratives.
• Research, develop, and refine artworks in collaboration with Design and Buying teams.
• Partner with Product Developers on artwork placement, dimensions, and colour direction.
• Prepare artwork files and contact sheets for seamless factory handover.
• Oversee briefs and deliverables for external freelance Graphic Designers.
• Organise and maintain the internal strike‑off library for easy team access.
• Collaborate closely with the Buying team to align creative direction with commercial needs.
• Balance multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a senior‑level textiles/graphic design role within fashion or apparel.
• Proactive, highly organised with exceptional time‑management skills.
• Strong creative vision capable of delivering both commercial and elevated designs.
• Deep understanding of global print, graphic, and cultural trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Advanced proficiency with Mac.
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe InDesign.
