Senior Occupational Therapist - Workplace Rehabilitation

About the role

Konekt, part of APM Group, is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist in Melbourne to deliver workplace rehabilitation services, manage complex cases and help clients achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. The role uses clinical expertise to build stakeholder relationships and grow within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of workplace rehabilitation clients
• Conduct functional, workplace and vocational assessments
• Develop tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
• Provide case management and coordinate stakeholder involvement
• Deliver high-quality reports meeting legislative and customer requirements
• Build relationships with employers, insurers, medical practitioners and clients
• Contribute to business growth through strong customer relationships

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years' Allied Health experience and 1 year in occupational rehabilitation
• Proven case management and report writing experience
• Experience in KPI-driven, customer-focused environments
• Current driver's licence
