Senior NFR Delivery Manager

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and governance of a major regulatory remediation program for Australia Retail. You will act as the central coordination point, ensuring milestones are met and evidence is collected for independent review.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress against key milestones and manage dependencies across the program.
• Lead weekly Scrum meetings with stakeholders to monitor implementation of activities.
• Gather, validate and store evidence required for regulatory assurance.
• Coordinate with Group Project Team, Risk & Compliance, Line 2, Assurance teams and business units.
• Support governance forums, prepare updates and reports, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies for each delivery package.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in delivery and coordination of large‑scale programmes.
• Background in non‑financial risk, regulatory remediation or similar risk‑management initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to ensure clear governance.
