Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of national marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing network of 130+ offices in Australia and 45 in New Zealand. You will inherit an established creative team and a supportive Marketing Manager, giving you the autonomy to shape processes and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of national campaigns and priority projects, from brief through launch to post‑launch review.
• Build and implement a project‑management structure and operating rhythm for the marketing function.
• Govern brand standards across a large member network and ensure consistency.
• Direct the in‑house creative team and manage relationships with external media and digital agencies.
• Analyse campaign data to inform creative, media and conversion decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with agency background followed by client‑side roles.
• Proven project‑management expertise covering briefing, scoping, timelines and approvals.
• Experience managing brand standards in a multi‑site, franchise or membership environment.
• Track record of collaborating with in‑house and external creative teams.
• Understanding of digital lead generation, paid media and conversion optimisation.
