Senior Manager, Cyber Risk Measurement & Insights

About the role

As a senior leader in ANZ's Group Cyber Security team, you will own the measurement, quantification, reporting and forecasting of cyber risk across the organisation. You will turn complex security data into clear, actionable insights for executives, the board and regulators, helping shape the bank’s cyber risk strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cyber risk measurement frameworks and quantitative models.
• Produce regular risk reports and forecasts for senior governance forums.
• Lead scenario modelling and probabilistic analysis to assess emerging cyber threats.
• Partner with product owners, technology and security leaders to ensure a consistent, data‑driven view of risk posture.
• Support prioritisation of risk‑reduction initiatives and strategic investment decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security risk, operational risk or related fields.
• Proven ability to present risk insights to executive committees, boards or regulators.
• Strong track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving data‑led transformation.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing teams.
