Senior Manager, Culture & Leader Experience

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, execution and embedment of its culture and leadership experience across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Culture and Leadership COE, you will translate the bank’s values into everyday behaviours and integrate them into people processes, risk practices and decision‑making forums.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Culture Embedment stream, aligning initiatives with ANZ’s values and behaviours.
• Design and deliver enterprise‑wide programmes that raise awareness, drive belief and create measurable behaviour change.
• Integrate values into core HR processes such as performance management, recruitment, onboarding and learning.
• Develop tools, frameworks and guidance that reinforce expected behaviours across the enterprise.
• Partner with Communications and Change teams to deliver coordinated campaigns and narratives.
• Plan, sequence and prioritise the Culture Embedment roadmap, managing risks and inter‑dependencies with other teams.
• Coach and enable delivery teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.
• Define success metrics, analyse data and continuously improve interventions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading culture, values or leadership initiatives in a large organisation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience delivering multiple concurrent programmes.
• Comfort operating in a complex, fast‑paced and evolving environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with capability to define and track success measures.
