Senior Management Accountant

About the role

The Senior Management Accountant will own the preparation and delivery of the company’s financial results, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and profitability analysis. You will act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing insight and commentary for Board discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate management accounts, budgets, forecasts and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain and improve the reporting process to ensure timely, high‑quality data.
• Analyse results, highlight exceptions and trends, and present findings at Board meetings.
• Coach and develop the junior Management Accountant, supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• CPA qualification.
• Diploma in Business or Finance.
• Minimum five years of budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data linking).
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
