Senior Logistics Planning Analyst – Pacific

About the role

Join Nike Pacific’s dynamic logistics team at the ImPACt Distribution Centre. As a Senior Logistics Planning Analyst you will translate strategic objectives into day‑to‑day execution, ensuring the smooth flow of products across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end logistics planning performance across inbound, DC and outbound operations.
• Own logistics planning KPIs, turning targets into actionable plans with internal and 3PL partners.
• Manage capacity plans to align short‑, mid‑ and long‑term volume forecasts with DC constraints.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with Logistics, Inventory, Transportation and Marketplace teams.
• Identify and deliver continuous‑improvement opportunities, leveraging data and AI‑based optimisation where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with supply‑chain exposure.
• 5–10 years of logistics and operations management experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail distribution across Australia and New Zealand.
• Proven stakeholder‑engagement and influencing skills in a matrixed setting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance service, cost and capacity trade‑offs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
