About the role

Excelsia University College is seeking a dedicated Senior Lecturer in Education to join its on‑site team in Pennant Hills, NSW. The role combines teaching, curriculum design, research and student engagement within a values‑driven higher‑education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Education.
• Develop, review and enhance curriculum and assessment materials.
• Conduct scholarly research and contribute to the institution’s research profile.
• Mentor and support students, fostering positive learning outcomes.
• Participate in academic administration, accreditation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD in Education or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in teaching and research at the higher‑education level.
• Demonstrated involvement in curriculum design, academic administration or accreditation.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary academic team.

Required skills

• Curriculum development and instructional design.
