Senior Learning & Development Project Officer

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Project Officer to design, develop, coordinate and deliver high‑quality learning solutions. The role supports workforce capability through modern instructional practices, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within a secure, complex environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning solutions for adult learners using contemporary instructional design methodologies.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate face‑to‑face, virtual and e‑learning training programmes.
• Create training materials, learner guides, facilitator resources and supporting documentation.
• Manage L&D activities including scheduling, stakeholder engagement, reporting and quality assurance.
• Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve programmes through data analysis, participant feedback and lessons learned.
• Maintain learning records and reporting via Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related tools.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, vendors and service providers to identify learning needs and deliver effective outcomes.
• Support organisational change initiatives through training, communication and user‑adoption activities.
• Contribute to project planning, governance and reporting as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, developing and delivering learning programmes for adult learners in complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience creating blended solutions that combine classroom, virtual and e‑learning delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance and evidence‑based practice.
