Senior IT Project Manager - Oracle Fusion Middleware

About the role

An experienced Technical Project Manager is sought to lead the delivery of complex middleware and integration initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The role centres on Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, migrations or transformation programs, and is advertised by Experis Australia for a client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of middleware upgrade, migration and remediation projects.
• Manage Oracle Fusion Middleware initiatives, ensuring planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee middleware and integration platform stand-up activities, including environment establishment and deployment coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, infrastructure, application and integration specialists.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables are achieved within agreed scope, budget and timelines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrade, migration, remediation or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering middleware or integration platform stand-up, upgrade or migration projects.
• Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders in large, complex organisations.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of enterprise integration environments, middleware technologies, APIs and associated infrastructure.
• Strong project governance, risk management and delivery management capabilities.
