Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Microsoft is looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join its ANZ HR team supporting Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS). You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping HR strategies that enable AI‑driven transformation and align people initiatives with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategies into people and organisational priorities.
• Identify gaps in business models and organisational structures, and design interventions to improve effectiveness.
• Analyse data and provide insights on leadership and team performance.
• Coach senior leaders on change, inclusion and capability development.
• Lead structural change initiatives, including reorganisations, role clarification and decision‑rights design.
• Develop and execute change‑management and communication plans in collaboration with communications teams.
• Assess organisational culture through listening systems and drive cultural change aligned with business strategy.

Required profile

• Deep experience in strategic HR partnership within large, complex organisations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset with proven influence across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think big, act boldly and operate across organisational boundaries.
