Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

KIVARI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across all brand touchpoints. You will shape the creative vision for seasonal campaigns, digital content, print, and retail experiences while mentoring a growing design team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign concepts in partnership with Marketing and Creative teams.
• Lead, mentor and provide feedback to the Graphic Design team.
• Create on‑brand assets for eDMs, social media, website, journal, and retail displays.
• Drive social‑first, mobile‑led creative including Instagram Stories, Reels and paid ads.
• Conceptualise and test new creative ideas to boost engagement.
• Manage image retouching, resizing and optimisation for e‑commerce.
• Produce and edit video content for campaigns and digital channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Proven senior or leadership experience guiding a design team.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, typography and colour.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design (Certificate IV or higher preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
