Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a senior graphic designer to become the Brand Custodian for an award‑winning residential home builder. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Design, you will shape the visual future of a newly refreshed brand and own the creative direction across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and interpret the new brand guidelines, creating scalable visual systems.
• Lead campaign and art direction, collaborating with marketing, photography, and video teams.
• Produce high‑quality layouts for print, digital, and web, managing rollouts of 100+ pieces.
• Mentor a Midweight Designer, providing feedback and guiding skill development.
• Maintain a hands‑on role in both strategy and production, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Conceptual thinker with confidence in developing ideas from brief to final execution.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and eager to grow into studio leadership.
• Strong communication skills to justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Expert use of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work.
