Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Mojo Dojo is looking for an energetic and proactive Senior Graphic Designer to join our innovative digital media agency. You will work with a diverse range of established clients, translating brand and campaign guidelines into compelling visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret brand and campaign guidelines to produce artwork that meets client standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external decision‑makers to ensure design alignment.
• Traffic projects through the organization and manage them from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors for collateral production.
• Support additional graphic design initiatives as needed.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback on all design work.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of professional design experience with a strong online portfolio.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset in a multimedia‑driven creative setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of the print production process and file setup for optimal resolution.
• Understanding of visual elements such as layout, typography, and fonts.
• Animation or motion‑graphics knowledge (a plus).
