Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Adore Beauty is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer on a 12‑month maternity leave contract to bring its brand to life across digital, print, retail and campaign touchpoints. The role blends creative storytelling with commercial impact, working closely with Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Retail teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce EDMs, landing pages, online ads and campaign visuals.
• Create packaging artwork, print collateral and retail promotional assets.
• Contribute to concept development, moodboards and creative ideation sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Photography teams on major campaign shoots.
• Maintain visual consistency across all customer interactions.
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and freelance creatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Strong visual instincts, attention to detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with business goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling abilities.
• Experience designing for digital, print and retail environments.
