Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Sarah & Sebastian are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own and evolve the visual design language across all brand touch points. Working closely with the Global Head of Brand, you will shape brand expression for campaigns, digital platforms, ecommerce, retail environments and marketing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate creative direction into scalable visual design systems and templates.
• Create and maintain design frameworks for digital, ecommerce, marketing and retail channels.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Global Head of Brand and Visual Content Specialist to produce compelling brand storytelling.
• Design paid‑social, display and performance‑driven creative while ensuring UX‑focused website and ecommerce experiences.
• Produce dynamic video and motion assets for on‑brand media.
• Provide creative direction, feedback and mentorship to the Graphic Designer.
• Work cross‑functionally with Brand, Marketing, Ecommerce and Retail teams to deliver assets on time.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of graphic or visual design experience in a brand, studio or fashion/luxury environment.
• Proven experience leading design systems and mentoring junior designers.
• Strong digital design background, including ecommerce, websites and paid‑media platforms.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling abilities with solid print production knowledge.
• Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Motion graphics and video editing.
• UX/UI design fundamentals.
• Paid social advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
