Senior Full Stack Engineer/Tester

About the role

ViCyber is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer/Tester to join its on‑site team in Sydney. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications that support the company’s cyber‑risk prediction and mitigation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure full‑stack solutions using Python, AWS, React and related technologies.
• Implement responsive user interfaces with modern CSS and JavaScript practices.
• Write clean, efficient code and ensure high code quality through peer reviews.
• Collaborate with product, security and QA teams to define testing strategies, debug issues and optimise performance.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices is a plus.
