Senior Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will own product outcomes end‑to‑end, shaping technical approaches, building features and ensuring reliability in production. You will work in a high‑trust, small team alongside product and design managers to deliver AI‑enabled solutions for the built world.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture decisions and long‑term technical vision across the platform.
• Build and ship impactful features, improve performance and code quality.
• Shape AI‑powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing and informal guidance.
• Collaborate directly with product, design and leadership on what to build and why.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping large‑scale software and owning technical direction.
• Passion for agentic engineering and leading teams through AI‑driven transitions.
• Strong mentorship mindset and desire to help others grow.
• Interest in real‑world impact for construction, infrastructure and industrial users.
