Senior Finance Professional – Multiple Opportunities

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance professionals for a range of client opportunities across Australia. This consolidated role targets talent in financial accounting, management accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, and financial control, offering a path toward senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Manage general ledger, balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Support commercial and strategic decision‑making and ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
• Mentor or manage junior finance team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA (Australia) or CIMA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance and management reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and readiness for senior responsibility.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, TechnologyOne).
