Senior Finance Manager

About the role

This 12‑month contract position sits within the Investment Management arm of a leading ASX‑listed property group. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will partner across FP&A and Financial Control to shape how the business monitors and drives performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own management reporting for Investment Management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead portfolio reporting and analysis, interpreting key assumptions and drivers.
• Support modelling of fund and asset portfolio scenarios and ad‑hoc analytics.
• Provide commercial finance support, including business case development and P&L accountability.
• Lead half‑year and year‑end management reporting in line with Group timelines.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc analytics, reports and requests for informed decision‑making.
• Manage and develop one direct report while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
• Drive finance transformation activities, including ownership of reporting information during systems change.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualified with up‑to‑date technical accounting knowledge.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting and business partnering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
