Senior Field Technician

About the role

Join the nbn field service team in Karratha as a Senior Field Technician, delivering high‑quality installation, repair and maintenance of copper and fibre networks to homes and businesses across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end service delivery, including installations, fault finding, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on each visit.
• Collaborate with team members, mentors and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Autonomous, motivated self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to work within a 7 am‑7 pm timeslot, including travel to remote sites.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance, fault finding and installations.
• ACMA licence (preferred) and a Certificate III or IV in telecommunications.
