Senior External Auditor – Perth

About the role

Moore Australia (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior External Auditor to join its growing Audit and Assurance team in Perth. You will work directly with partners and managers, engage with a diverse client base, and travel to client sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit testing in line with the approved audit plan.
• Identify and recommend improvements to client systems and performance.
• Prepare general and special‑purpose financial reports.
• Draft management letters and audit completion reports.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant external audit experience.
• Tertiary qualification in commerce or a related discipline.
• Current national police clearance (within six months) and Australian working rights.
• Ability to travel to various client locations.

Required skills

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CaseWare or similar audit software.
