Senior Equality Communities Specialist, APAC

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead Equality Communities across the APAC region. Based in Sydney, you will report both to the Global Equality Development Director and the Regional Equality Director for ANZ & ASEAN, driving DEI initiatives that align with global and local strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ANZ Equality Community, including monthly leader roundtables, quarterly global connects, and executive engagement.
• Oversee APAC budget for Equality Group campaigns and support global equality programs and events.
• Develop and execute regional DEI strategies, flagship development, retention programs, and compliance initiatives such as WGEA.
• Collaborate with Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders, Employee Success teams, and other stakeholders to design programs, events, and resources that foster professional development and cultural awareness.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in diversity, equity and inclusion or community management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑regional programs and manage budgets.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills across global and local teams.
• Understanding of APAC cultural contexts and relevant compliance frameworks.
