Senior Engineering Professional

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with organisations across Australia to recruit senior‑level engineering professionals. This hybrid role is suitable for engineers with strong technical capability and proven project delivery experience in regulated, safety‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept through to commissioning.
• Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, site teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, statutory regulations and WHS requirements.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, reliability and cost performance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial or related).
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience in infrastructure, mining, energy, construction, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or RPEQ registration is advantageous.

• Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools and systems.
