About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join its high‑performing team delivering enterprise applications for the power sector. You will work on large, complex projects that support the WA Government’s Energy Transformation Strategy and contribute to sustainable, carbon‑neutral solutions.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate software components using modern architectures and best practices.
Lead implementation of large‑scale, critical‑infrastructure systems in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
Manage build pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance to team members and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end software development experience.
Proven track record delivering complex, mission‑critical projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in power system operations or planning is preferred.
Familiarity with WA Government energy reforms is a plus.
