Senior Designer

About the role

We are a leading Australian consumer brand seeking a Senior Designer to join our in‑house creative team. This hands‑on role will develop campaign ideas and bring them to life across digital, social, retail, environmental, OOH and CRM touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from brief through to final delivery.
• Develop campaign concepts and key creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design for social, digital, eDM, OOH, environmental graphics, menus, A‑frames and other in‑restaurant experiences.
• Roll out campaigns consistently across multiple channels and formats.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and creative feedback to junior designers.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Contribute to motion design and animation where appropriate.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in‑house brand team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and excellent execution.
• Confidence presenting and defending creative ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior creatives.
