Senior Designer – Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer to join Eucalyptus on a freelance basis. You will lead concept development and create visually compelling, on‑brand work across a range of patient‑facing experiences and marketing campaigns in the health‑and‑wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual design across print, digital and out‑of‑home (billboards, packaging, social, TVC storyboards).
• Develop compelling creative concepts from high‑level briefs with strategic, brand‑led thinking.
• Lead and execute high‑impact design projects end‑to‑end, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Produce high‑quality assets for digital campaigns, in‑app content, web, mobile and print.
• Art‑direct campaign and product shoots, including moodboards, wardrobe, styling, lighting and set design.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and shared libraries to improve creative efficiency.
• Apply channel performance data and customer insights to guide creative direction.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors to create real‑world assets.
• Review and mentor junior and mid‑level designers to uphold craft standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency, in‑house studio or brand experience at a mid or senior level.
• Proven track record delivering design across multiple brands and deliverables, focused on outcomes.
• Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles.
• Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively across functions.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio spanning web, mobile and print.
