Senior Designer / Architect

About the role

Architectus is seeking a Senior Designer / Architect to lead design delivery on high‑quality projects, with a focus on construction detailing for an international airport. The role involves managing packages, mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design packages and small teams from concept through construction documentation.
• Act as primary contact for clients and consultants, building long‑term relationships.
• Model Architectus culture and contribute to studio initiatives.
• Stay current with sector trends and incorporate innovative ideas.
• Manage delivery of approved technical and design documents.

Required profile

• 7+ years post‑graduate experience in architecture, registration preferred.
• Experience on complex major public projects, preferably airport/aviation.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Experience acting as second‑in‑command or leading smaller projects.
• Strong communication skills for design concepts.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
