Senior Cost Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

Join a leading global consultancy delivering high‑value data centre projects. As a Senior Cost Manager you will own cost planning, reporting and dispute resolution across complex infrastructure developments, working with culturally diverse, high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial issues, change orders and contract matters efficiently.
• Prepare and agree final accounts to ensure best value for clients.
• Develop cost plans and estimates for data‑centre developments.
• Produce accurate cost reports and communicate variations promptly.
• Participate in tender and bid processes from documentation to analysis.
• Oversee project expenditure through valuations and cost reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in pre‑ and post‑contract cost management, preferably on data‑centre, mission‑critical or complex infrastructure projects.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related field.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client‑facing approach.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
