Senior Contracts Administrator

About the role

Parkview Constructions, a Sydney-based builder delivering residential and commercial projects since 1997, is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator. This is a key commercial role where you will lead head contracts, subcontracts, procurement and financial controls so that projects are delivered in line with cost, time and compliance targets. You work closely with the Project Manager and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts
• Oversee procurement, including tender reviews, scope preparation and contractor engagement
• Manage subcontractor performance, claims, variations and payments
• Monitor cost control, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly trade forecasts and financial assessments
• Document, cost and approve variations in line with company processes
• Maintain document control and drawing registers
• Keep strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams
• Align procurement with construction timelines and uphold WHSE and quality standards
• Mentor and support Junior Contracts Administrators and trainees

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 6+ years' experience in contracts administration, ideally at senior level
• Experience on high-rise construction projects over $40M
• Strong knowledge of Sydney's subcontractor market and commercial landscape
• Attention to detail, strong reporting and documentation skills
• Proactive, collaborative communicator able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
