Senior Content Analyst

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Content Analyst to join its Sydney team. You will create compelling copy for advertising, promotional campaigns and digital platforms while ensuring content meets accessibility, SEO and UX standards.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, concise and engaging copy for websites, social media, commercials and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, UX specialists and subject‑matter experts to develop creative briefs and iterate on content.
• Manage content within CMS platforms such as AEM and WordPress, ensuring proper publishing workflow.
• Apply SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility guidelines to all digital assets.
• Maintain brand voice across multiple channels and support content localisation when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation or a related advertising/marketing role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in an advertising or promotional agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
