Senior Consultant - Process & Optimisation

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Process & Optimisation team within the Organisation Design & Implementation (OD&I) division. The role will support end‑to‑end OD&I services, helping to design and embed process improvements that enhance the efficiency and consistency of workforce transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and implement process improvements, simplification opportunities and service changes across OD&I offerings.
• Support regulatory‑driven and business‑driven changes to processes, tools, templates, guidance and ways of working.
• Collaborate with the Process & Optimisation team, OD&I practitioners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and embed improvements.
• Contribute to the delivery of organisation design, implementation and workforce transformation projects aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain process governance and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least one OD&I service area, preferably organisation design or implementation.
• Strong interest in improving how work is delivered in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
