Senior Consultant – Oracle CC&B Technical Designer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as a Technical Designer/Developer for Oracle‑based solutions. The role focuses on delivering customisations and enhancements for Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS and related products, supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret solution design documents and propose viable technical options.
• Develop, test, and deploy customisations in Oracle CC&B, C2M or CCS.
• Create and execute unit test cases for new functionality.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on environment patching, code deployment and application security configuration.
• Assist the project team in resolving technical issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical designer/developer for Oracle CC&B.
• Strong background with Oracle OUAF and experience in at least one of the following: Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS or MDM.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to guide junior staff.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
