Senior Consultant or Manager - Strategy and Execution

About the role

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Transaction Execution team helps clients define and achieve strategic objectives in acquisitions, divestments and strategic transformations, covering operational due diligence, operating model design, synergy assessments, integration and separation strategy, and planning and implementation. This is a hybrid position based in Warringah, Sydney, for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager joining an established team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement value creation, transformation and transaction strategy
• Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information
• Identify key client risks and issues and mitigate them early
• Develop and present key deliverables to clients
• Research and analyse key sectors and clients
• Support business development activities
• Collaborate with the wider EY-Parthenon division and other EY teams

Required profile

• Ideally 3+ years of experience
• Advanced problem-solving, curiosity and creative thinking
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and for using AI tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience delivering quality reports and presentations
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, driven with high EQ
• Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus
