Senior Consultant – Operations Transformation

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Asia‑Pacific (ASPAC) Operations Transformation team on a two‑year max‑term contract. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to embed new operating models and drive the Integrated Value Chain (IVC) transformation across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and program teams to design and execute change strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end change activities, including impact assessments, communications, training, and business‑readiness planning.
• Support implementation milestones (pre‑go‑live, go‑live, post‑implementation) and monitor adoption.
• Identify risks, propose practical solutions, and ensure successful outcomes.
