About the role
As XCMG expands its operations in Australia, we are seeking a Senior Commercial Specialist to support the Commercial and Contracts Manager in delivering complex mining contracts. The role will focus on tender development, contract administration and ensuring compliance across assigned projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tender packs and submit them to customers.
- Review tender conditions and draft commercial letters and offers.
- Draft and negotiate NDAs, MoUs and minor contracts.
- Create and maintain a contract register for XCMG Australia.
- Manage contract delivery and monitor compliance for assigned contracts.
- Support the sales team with commercial proposals and governance activities.
Required profile
- Qualification in Law, CPA, MBA or engineering with mining industry experience.
- 3‑5 years of commercial or contracts experience within the mining sector.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Legal practice licence, CPA certification or MBA preferred.
